Me, Mrs Parimala's house and Coorg

Tonight once again, suddenly I realize myself.
In Coorg, middle of a huge coffee estate
I find a lonely essence – Mrs Parimala’s house.
The extension of her house and
She let us stay there.

Come, let’s measure the extension-
It was tailored so perfectly
As if she knew, we will arrive one night.

Tonight, no operation can search for the starts in the sky,
The clouds are so protective.
My dreams are spread out in vastness and lost, but
The cigarette smoke out of the window gets drenched
In the rain tonight.
The smoke brings along the rain into my room.
I want to marry the rain tonight.
And I want to feel every curve of the rain.
She smiles at me and I mix
Some of your drops in my wine.

Tonight in Mrs Parimala’s house
I understand myself once again.

Come...Lets Get Drenched Today

She loves rain
But, not much she has drenched in it.

Guddu once said
When love transpires, the shade of the leaves becomes green
When the road takes a curve
And you tend to rest
You will feel that round and square are words
Not to be found in glossary.
If there is any truth, that’s only beauty-
Of life and of Death

Even I like rain
And I got soaked many a times.
I always feel the aura of
Rain drops, falling on the dry land
In her breath
And also try to realize the truth-
Of life and Death

This time when it rains,
I will remind you to embraces the raindrops
Close to heart,
Close to truth.

A Bag - Lost

I had a bag
It’s not exactly black but a bit dark
Like dusk.
Just after the sun sets and
When birds fly to their nests,
That’s the darkness, the color of my bag.

I kept this bad in a corner of my house

There is a window too in that corner.
Usually I watch stars from that window
Looks like couple of tear drops on a dark drawing paper
Where glows your face.

I have not seen the bag for quite sometime now.

Not able to find too.
Searched a lot,
Not able to find it...

I am thinking of lodging an FIR today.

The cops might ask,
What was there in the bag?
How will I say, there was just one shirt,
I used to call it 'Dreams'.

Loosing Death

She says -
Everytime He slips out of my hand.

Few flesh sticking
On her bones
The burned flesh
They laugh at me
And try to embarrass me.

My wounded part
My happiness and sadness

Tragedy

A horse on a broken cup on a wooden plank
Reminds me of the tempest
In her heart.
Heart broken but on a strong plank
He resides to make the picture look good.

Sometimes the biggest tragedies
Are the biggest inspirations.

The Thief that likes Reading Books

There is thief next to my house
Who likes reading books.
He likes a book in the central library
Where he visits often now a days.

The book is not so huge.
The color of the cover page of the book
Is light, but not exactly white.
He calls it cloudy.
The colors of the each of the pages are yellow
Very much, like the paint of the wall of his room.

There are more or less, 27 pages in that book
When he turns the pages, they look like
The bubbles in the rain.
They grow large and large
And they vanish.
The pages are so unstable.
His fingers love to play with the pages.
As if, he has not played in ages.
The touch of the pages, when he turns
Them one after another,
In between his fingers makes him feel
A strange shiver running through his body.

But the fonts of the book are too small.
He hates letters in small fonts.
And that’s the reason why
He has never read the book.

Hey thief! Do you know?
That the book you like, love to read poems?

Buy me a song tonight

Buy me a song tonight
Please buy me a song.

I have few lines and some stanzas.
Some scattered and some thrown on the table.

Few lines are so old
And few are too loved.
All these lines are so mine
Like my old bottle of wine.

Buy me a song tonight
Please buy me a song.

Few leaves from Shillong
And few from Bombay
Makes my song so fresh and lively.
The fragrance that touches my heart
Brings me more close to you.

Now do not buy me a song tonight
Let’s just make a song tonight
To feel the curves in the light.
‘We kiss, we see,
We smile and we kiss again’
Let’s sleep with the song tonight

Its Been Six Months, Ten Days I Hugged Her

It’s been six months, I hugged her
Precisely six months and ten days.
Last time her eyes were red
And tears peeped through her eyes
Prior to this, she wept.
This time when I hugged her
I couldn’t measure her tears.
I suppose it was larger than the sound
Made by the landing plane

Whenever she hugs me
It feels like the shade of the trees, in the mid summer
Or a heavy rain on the cracking land.

I also feel the fragrance of the raw land
When the first rain embraces the earth
Green, green leaves and dew drops on it.

It’s been six months, I slept
On her high and lows of her breast.
Its six months ten days I hugged her.

Johny Gaddar - Neatly Weaven Thriller

Wow.. What a movie.. A great thriller and great relief for bollywood after some continuous torture releases. You must have appreciated Sriram Raghavan for his Ek Hasina thi and he gives you now more reason to appreciate him with this movie.

A story about a gang who wants to crack a deal until one of the gang member decides to betray. The new comer Neil( singer Mukesh's grand son) is an excellent actor and he has proved himself with this movie. he not only has the looks but he has announced that he can act too.

The other actor who has left his mark with this movie is Dharmendra. his expressions are just apt and makes the audience realize that he is so much into the character.

Vinay Pathak has finally made his presence felt with this movie. the last time i saw him really doing something out of his role was in Water, but this time he looked so much involved in the character.

Rimi Sen is beautiful no doubt and has got some acting skilled but i really liked the other lady, ranvir's wife, forgot her name. She has surprisingly done a brilliant job. All the other actors were very much tailored to their character and end of the day everything looked so well for the movie.

As a whole a 3 and a half star for the movie and 4 for the effort. a must watch..
