Seems this time the River will Pass through her Courtyard

She has been waiting for quite sometime now.
It seems this time, the river
Will pass through her courtyard.

"Do you know, if the river comes this way,
It will wash away all the trees and your house too."
She is still waiting, seems the river will come this way.

She wants to lie down naked on the land today,
She no longer hates the dark clouds.
She wants the river to feel the
Ups and down of her body.
She wants to get lost in the waves of the river,
Let the river embraces her.
Kiss and suck her countless.
The slant of her breast
Might make the river come her way.

It was a heavy rain last night;
The leaves look greener.
The water level must have increased by now.

She is waiting
Seems this time the river
Will pass through her courtyard.

Pocket full of Lines

Once again, there lies a thin blanket
Of dust on the leaves.
Since couple of days my pocket seems so heavy.
Tonight I am planning of an operation on my pocket.
The pocket is still heavy.
There must be few centimeters of rain in it,
Not like Cherapunji though.
But just few drops of that rain
Which can drench me completely.
There must be some green leaves too
Which looks greener coz of fresh love.
Do you remember the last rain...i bought those clouds
For you in my pocket.
Do you still have the mark? My touch?

Last night I did an operation of my pocket.
The whole pocket was filled with lines and lines.
Not exactly a poem
But I call it a 'pocket full of lines'.

Dial M for Murder - Movie Review

A great Hitchcock movie!!! undoubtly genius in thriller and a brave director who can dare to shoot the whole movie in just one room and still grab the attention of audience till the end. Usually directors want to spread up the stage play to many locations to give it a variety. I am sure while making the movie, Hitchcock was very confident about his capability to keep the audience' interest at the same pace till the show downs it curtain.

Well a very dramatic thriller and all the characters were up to the mark. Ray Milland who plans his wife (Grace Kelly) murder and was almost successful, when this smart inspector John Williams spoils the plan. John Williams who plays his role perfect and comes with the comic relief, which he was supposed to. The best part, which I liked, was the scene when Milland blackmails his old friend and compels him to murder his wife. Robert Cummings, Grace's lover didn’t have much to perform but justified whatever role he got.

As a whole a must watch for Hitchcock fans and thriller lovers.
